Order Confirmation

Delivery
Our standard delivery timeframe is 4-14 days. Please note that orders placed on weekends are processed earliest on the following Monday.
Should there be any unexpected delays in delivery (without prior notice), please reach out to us.
Pricing
All prices in our store are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, typographical errors, or pricing inaccuracies.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing from our website, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive your goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
Please email us at tbeauty4less@gmail.com, providing your name, address, email, order number, and which items you wish to return. You must then return the products within the legally stipulated 14 days of notifying us.
Return shipping costs and the condition of the products during return are the customer’s responsibility; therefore, we recommend sending items securely packaged and in their original condition.

Complaints and Claims
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost to you, in accordance with consumer protection law. Contact us for approval before returning any defective items, and submit claims immediately upon discovering the defect.
Steps for Filing a Claim:
Please send your claim to tbeauty4less@hotmail.com, providing your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the issue.
If we cannot resolve the issue or provide a replacement product, we will refund you in accordance with consumer protection law. Return shipping is covered for approved claims.
Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages due to the product. We accept no responsibility for delays or errors resulting from unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure), including labor conflicts, fire, war, government decisions, or reduced supply from suppliers.
